Description

This project located at Lot 227, blok 26, Kemena Land District, Tg. Kidurong, Bintulu. The scope of works consisted of contract works shall be borned by main contractor including building materials, equipments, machineries, manpowers, transportation and supervising costs. Main works of this contract as follows:

  • Preparing the site inlcuing site clearance and earthwork
  • Constructs and completes 4 units of Single Storey Detached Houses
  • Provides all necessities services like electrical wiring, plumbing and any related works
  • Infra works including make good of the existing drainage, Carriageway Pavement, Footpath and Crossover
  • Construct Chain Link Fencing, Gate and all related works
